Since then IPPUDO has grown to include over 60 ramen shops in Japan. Always crowded with customers, it regularly sees hour-long queues of those eager for a taste of the renowned IPPUDO Ramen, and it is not unusual to see many international celebrities among them.

Shigemi Kawahara's philosophy – To continuously innovate to remain true – is what has brought IPPUDO to where it is today.
